No help no hope for People with mental illness

My Son and I are suffering from mental illness.I'm gonna be the voice of the voiceless.Im tired of suffering in silence.Mental illness along with substance abuse is a major problem in the world.There is no help and no hope when dealing with both issues.The judicial system fails us time and time again.This is our life.
